The Wattle Motel Seymour is owned and operated by local couple, Shelley and David Hamilton who are strongly connected to the community. When not welcoming guests at the Wattle Motel you'll find Shelley whipping up the best sushi in town at Inari Sushi (pictured below) at 15 William St, Seymour.

While the hospitality at the Wattle Motel might be top class, the incredible food on offer at Inari Sushi is even better. We encourage our guests to try it out during their stay in town.
